Tori actually found a four-leaf clover in our backyard. She was super excited (though that doesn't say much about how well we've been taking care of our lawn ;)).

Beach in the Spring
Above the kids are all ready by the impressively packed car (John always has been good at Tetris). Off we go to the beach for Spring Break.
When we got to our room the view was amazing from 14 stories up, however, the open air hallways while walking to our room from the elevator made my heart race every time.
It was a little cool, but the kids loved making sand castles and Henry loved his little spot on my lap (the sand was not his favorite).
John showed the kids how to make drip castles and they loved it!
After we got too cold on the beach we would go back and play in the hotel's heated pool. The kids loved it all!
We also explored the boardwalk, arcades and mini golf. Super fun - beach vacation!

Barnyard Dance
This has always been one of our kids favorite stories when they're little. Ellie started to dance to it while I read it and Tori who is little-at-heart joined it.

Cute kid pics
Our kids always ask for their pictures to be taken or for us to take videos. Here are just a few random pictures and videos.
This picture above we actually took when we went to check on the kids before we went to bed. So it's actually dark in James's room, but you couldn't see the picture without the flash. We were pretty surprised when we found James with the headlamp on his head when we checked on him. I guess he needed more light while he slept. ;)
Cookie time!

Doughnuts with Dad
James's preschool has "Doughnuts with Dad" once a year where John gets to take him early to preschool and they eat doughnuts together. It's simple and cute and James is always super excited for it!

Dan Nicholas Park
We took the kids to Dan Nicholas park and they loved gem mining, riding the little train, riding on the carousel, mini golf and the playground!
