Another Snow Day

Quite a few inches of snow fell this time, so John actually got to stay home and play with us this time!

Henry even got to have a few minutes in the snow.

 

When were in Iowa it was so cold that the snow was never that great for building huge snowmen by rolling around a ball of snow.  This was the first time John had built a snowman this way and he thought it was pretty cool!

 John took Tori and James sledding at one of the bigger hills in our neighborhood.  They loved it!  There weren't many hills near us to sled in Iowa, so this was a little new for them and very fun.

 

Daddy Daughter Dance

 Below is a picture of Tori and some her closest friends from Elementary School.  (Left to right: Laurel, Reilly & Tori)  They have their ups and downs over the next few years, but Laurel and Reilly are sweet girls and they all really like each other.

Above are a few of the other girls in Tori's grade, though I'm not sure of all the names.  During the night they had raffle tickets and they kept announcing winners throughout the night.  John kept telling Tori that rarely do people win raffles and he especially never wins raffles.  Well, below is a video of Tori when they had the very last raffle drawing of the night and her ticket won.  :)  She always has been a lucky little girl.
