Tori just loves anything having to do with water. A little while ago we discovered that our rec center has some indoor pool time for little kids on Friday mornings. So back when the weather wasn't quite warm enough for the outdoor pool, we tried it out. Tori had a blast.

She loves any sort of container that she can fill up with water and then dump out. She's pretty content doing that for most of the time. This time she found a star that worked very well.

Tulip Time

Back in the begining of May we went as a family to the Pella, IA Tulip Time festival. It's a small orignially Dutch town in the middle of Iowa that has tons of beautiful tulips and they put on a festival every year. They had a parade, a ceremony to crown the high school tulip queen, a tractor pull, a bunch a beautiful flowers and some fun things for kids to do. Tori especially loved her balloon hat, playing mini golf with dad and bouncing in the bouncy castle. Mom and dad really enjoyed the parade, tractor rodeo and dutch pasteries.
